    ·  I have Windows Media Player (XP) and I still can not get the scanner to work?

We have found this registry tweak from Registry Guide for Windows will help.

Change the MP3 Encoding Rates in Media Player (All Windows) By creating theses setting in your registry Windows Media Player will be able to connect to are feed at a lower bit rate. Presently we are streaming at 16kbps, so set the "LowRate" at "16000".

Please Remember to back-up your Registry before making any changes.

Disclaimer: Modifying the registry can cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. We cannot guarantee that problems resulting from modifications to the registry can be solved. Use the information provided at your own risk.
